Return

To process your return, you need to report it no later than 14 days after receipt for return.

The products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.

After registering your return, the products you sent back must be received by us within 14 days.

We will refund the purchase price if the return shipment meets the conditions as described below. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received by the customer.

1. Fill in the return and exchange form and follow the instructions.

2. Send the document to [email protected] for further processing.

As a consumer, you can return products if you meet the following points:

1. You can make use of the withdrawal period of 14 days without stating a reason provided that:

   The product has not been used.

   It's not a product that has been specially customized or adapted.

   It's not a coated product other than in the standard colors RAL9016, RAL7016, RAL7021 and RAL9005.

   It's not a product with a minimum purchase larger than 1.

2. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the withdrawal period and as a result, the entire order has been returned to FORNO B.V. in time, then FORNO B.V. will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt.

3. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the product has been physically delivered (to you or someone who accepts the order for you or has accepted it).

4. Send the products that have been reported for return in original condition, with all delivered accessories, and where possible in the original packaging. You may feel and inspect our products at home like in a physical store, but then return and pack them transport-worthy as you have received them.

5. For any reduction in value that occurs, other than during transport, but for example through use or movements of a product, we can charge costs.

6. Send the products in the original shipping packaging (if possible but at least in a transport-worthy packaging) to: FORNO, Frontstraat 5, 5405 AK Uden. In that case, ensure that we receive the product with a clear return notification within 14 days of reporting the return.

7. After successfully receiving and processing the return, we will refund the purchase price within a maximum of 5 working days using the same payment method.

8. FORNO BV only reimburses the purchase price of the product, the costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.
