Exchange

This is possible if it meets the following requirements:

• The request has been made within 14 days of receipt using the exchange and return form, and sent to [email protected].

• The products have been delivered to our warehouse in their original or other transport-worthy packaging.

• Upon return receipt of products without damage in original or other transport worthy packaging, we credit 100% of the purchase amount.

• We may charge costs for any depreciation that arises, other than through transport, but for example through use or relocation of a product.

• Exchanging products on location is not possible. Please clearly indicate in the e-mail what the desired product is for the exchange request.
