My delivered order is different from the packing slip, what should I do?
If the delivery differs from the packing slip, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receipt). Please follow the instructions on the complaint form for proper handling.

My delivered order is damaged or defective, what should I do?
If there are items that are damaged or defective upon receipt, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt. This can be indicated via the complaint form below.
Defective product within the warranty period?
This can also be handled through complaint form. Our products come with a 5-year warranty.
